Financial Aide Customer Support Specialist - (Kansas City, MO)
FINANCIAL AIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Non-exempt/ compensation range $16.00 to $18.00 an hour) The individual will report to the Career Center Director and will work directly with the Financial Support Manager. The individual will manage the process of financial Aide (Training Vouchers and Supportive Service Vouchers, internship, on the Job Training) and will coordinate with the financial department, provide a wide variety of tasks in preparing, processing and or verifying Participant's Financial Aide Package, (class Room Training, OJT, Internship, Gas Card, Background Checks and other Support Vouchers, input appropriate details in the data base system, provide weekly reports, provide monthly reconciliation, and assists with audits by outside entities. Requirements: High-school diploma or GED. At least 2 years background in accounting, bookkeeping, or related position.
