Family Coach Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., 1 of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full time family coach to work in our Children---s Intervention Program (ChIP), providing community-based support services to children and families where needed, including, home, school, community and primary care settings. As a home and community-based family coach, you will have the opportunity to support families in improving communications, implementing effective parenting and behavior management strategies and connecting to community resources. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals engaged in similar work, and benefit from significant collegial support.
