Project Coordinator - Collegeville, PA This is a contract role expected to last 3 mons. Project Coordinator - Position assignments: The objective of the role is to perform the end to end process required to engage an HCP ( Health Care Professional) or other External Expert in line with the External Engagement SOP on behalf of business owners. Some of the key deliverables are: I. Ensure end to end contract/engagement process is fully compliant and delivered within agreed timelines. II. Ensure documentation is compliant and available for audit readiness III. Plan and manage logistics for advisory boards and related activities IV. Support assigned business units, working closely with business leads to ensure Engagement Plan is up to date and provide guidance for forward planning. V. Ensure that engagement information are added to IT systems and payments are captured appropriately Position qualifications: Previous project coordination background Bachelor's degree required
