Senior Software Engineer - (Tampa, FL)

Randstad Technologies is seeking a Java Software Engineer Client requires US Citizen or GC Holder (No C2C) Responsible for designing, developing and implementing core and web-based Java applications to support all business areas and associated acceptance criteria. Promotes approved agile methodologies, leading the design and development efforts for the agile team. Actively coaches, guides and mentors teammates in providing valuable solutions to our customer. Critical responsibilities - To simplify complexities for each customer As an Agile team player, ensures that sprint objectives are completed in a timely manner, consistently achieving team commitments regardless of role or title. Has a deep understanding of the business processes and the technology platform that enables it. Translates stakeholder's requirements into common language that can be adopted for the use with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test Driven Development (TDD).
