Installer Service Technician - (Rochester, NY)

Job DescriptionMILLAN Healthcare Solutions DBA 101 MOBILITY, is searching for an entry level Service Technician to join our team in the Rochester, NY area.We will provide on the job training, the technician will be a team member and will work with a lead technician on some projects. But must also be able to work and manage projects and repairs solo. We sell, install and service medical equipment. (Stairlifts, Vehicle lifts and much more)Ensures customers are comfortable with product training, making sure the product performs and meets their expectations, and also by assisting with trouble-shooting in the field. This position can also be seen as an extension of a customer’s maintenance group. Also, if the problem is found not to be our instrumentation, then the person in this position will determine what the problem is. Travel to customer’s site to install or assist in troubleshooting, start-up, and maintenance contract work.
