Description: Team is responsible for 3 things: Data Stewardship: Monitor data flow and data quality, data standardization and data enrichment for the Client Digital Platform. Data pre-processing/data blending and custom/complex queries Data Visualization Typical Day: Larger team meetings and local team meetings, individual work based on direction from the architect. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software development, or any other Data Engineering field?? Critical Computer skills: MUST HAVE Background in C#, Java, SQL (T-SQL or U-SQL), Python and/or R Background developing in Cloud technology (Azure or AWS) Would like to see Background developing ETL and DDL scripts Background with Hadoop (Hive, Map Reduce) Background with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Store, Data Lake Analytics, SQL Data Warehouse, Analysis Services Background with relational and no SQL databases Background with big data Soft Skills Required:
