Ensure that attorneys working on case/matter have all necessary details available to them in a timely manner. Maintain all physical elements of the case/matter in an organized, efficient, and accurate manner. Provide both attorney(s) and client(s) with details necessary for litigation process, decision making, and review in a timely manner. Conduct various document searches and factual research. Prepare witness and matter materials for case preparation. Prepare for and attend trials and/or depositions. Motion practice. Court filings.
