Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Special Event Planner to join our team at Sanofi Conference Center in Cambridge MA . Sanofi Conference Center is a high end conference Center being introduced into a new construction, client expectations are for concierge level service. The Special Event Planner will be responsible for but not limited to: answering phones, providing daily updates to the Conference Services Manager, walking and touring potential clients through the building, ensuring room setup and breakdowns, ensuring any audio visual needs are met.
