Requirements: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited U.S. Law School 8+ years background as a practicing attorney in Real Estate in any or all of the areas:Zoning and Land Use,Cooperative Condominium/ Offering Plans,Commercial Closings and Leasing,Leasing Attorney MUST BE ABLE TO BRING A BOOK OF BUSINESS Professional License - Admitted to the New York or New Jersey State Bar (or eligible to be admitted).
