Credit / Documentation Specialist - (Clearwater, FL)

Position overview Pursue credit and financial details from end user customers. Enter application details in system of record and submit to funding source. Assist with evaluating and presenting transactions to underwriters. Conduct calls with customers and underwriters as needed to obtain approvals. Validate pricing on all transactions. Prepare and send documents to customers. Follow up on return of executed documents.. Assist with follow up on document discrepancy and invoices from vendors. Assist/ cover in areas of funding and customer service tasks as necessary. Loading new vendor and sales rep data in our system of record. Investigate transactions with delays/problems and work to resolve. Assist Sales team on conference calls with vendors/customers to explain processes or address concerns/issues with processes and or specific transactions.
