Property Administration Coordinator Position description : The Coordinator, Property Administration provides support to the Real Estate and Property Administration Department with regards to billing and administration of the construction and repair work orders. The position administers managed accounts that include work order generation and tracking, contract administration, vendor administration, and maintenance of the vendor list. The position maintains good working relationships with vendors and tracks bid solicitations, property inspection scheduling, and physical property inspections. The position tracks active construction projects, schedules inspections, and communicates to the various stakeholders with regard to the status of the construction projects in a timely manner.
