Overview LEASING CONSULTANT Must have prior apartment leasing background. $13/HR Basic Purpose Under the general direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will own and drive the propertys sales. The primary duties are to greet prospects and present the features and benefits at their property and to secure leases for Nolan Communities. Responsibilities The Leasing Consultant position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: Touring apartments Maximizing income by ensuring budgeted occupancy is met, file compliance is maintained, Secret Shopper scores meet company standard Contributing to max occupancy by leasing and preleasing apartments and minimizing vacancy loss Completing and entering leasing and renewal paperwork and other results data Assisting in management of resident/prospect relations effectively Accountable for resident retention
