POSITION SUMMARYThe purpose of the Store Manager is to provide the required skills and leadership to achieve the best sweetFrog background possible. The store manager is customer driven: ensuring that the yogurt is always of the highest quality, the store is always clean, and the background is 1 that will keep the customers coming back. The store manager is also employee driven: making sure all employees are properly trained and are receiving constructive feedback to help them grow and develop in a healthy manner.
