Insurance Senior Solutions Producer GENERAL SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for generating new sales, specializing in all aspects of senior products including but not limited to Medicare-related products, life and long term care insurance. Responsible for meeting service needs of new and existing customers. DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY DUTIES: * Serves as a sales representative for all senior products. * Generates prospects for new business through 1st Mid channels. * Meets with the prospects to gather underwriting info, to deliver quotes, and close sales. * Handles customer service requests in conjunction with other staff members. * Develop and maintain a working relationship with internal contacts at 1st Mid to deliver service to customers throughout the 1st Mid franchise. * Complete and maintain required training and licensing associated with job functions. * Cross-sell other insurance and bank products in a professional manner. * Performs related duties as needed.
