Job DescriptionWe are a young, vibrant firm looking to hire an aggressive associate attorney to join our litigation department. The potential applicant will have at least one of prior background in personal injury litigation. Spanish-speaking is also a huge plus.The perfect candidate will have background handling the following: Drafting complaints; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Drafting and opposing motions; Negotiating liens with medical providers; Selecting and designating experts; Preparing trial documents, including motions in limine.In addition to the above, your duties will include making appearances at Court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
