Regulatory Affairs Specialist - (Philadelphia, PA)
Responsibilities The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for the following: Representing RA on project teams and providing regulatory guidance Working effectively in a team environment to ensure not only individual tasks are accomplished, but that team and department objectives are achieved Develops and manages systems for storage, retrieval, and documentation retention Review raw material and ingredient compositions for regulatory conformity based on industry guidelines / international restrictions. Prepare and submit regulatory notifications and registrations as required by US EPA TSCA standards to ensure compliance and timely approval for market release of new and existing products. Establish and maintain the submission of regulatory documentation for accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Employ significant current expertise of TSCA Regulations Collect info, develop and submit electronically by EPA gateway Pre-manufacturing Notification Notices (PMN) for submission to US EPA
