?Apply U-HPLC/full-scan (Orbitrap) and targeted (triple quadrupole) MS methods to acquire metabolomics data with proper quality controls and calibration curves. Process data to calculate concentrations and assess rates when stable isotope tracer strategies are employed. ?Aid in the development, optimization and validation of new LC/MS methods ?Perform metabolite extractions on biological samples including cells and tissue samples B.S. (0-three years background) or M.S. ?Apply custom and vendor-developed software for data analysis, visualization and interpretation ?Maintain and troubleshoot U-HPLC, full-scan and QQQ mass spectrometers ?Communicate results effectively to a cross-functional team
