Lab Chemist/ Scientist - (Haslet, TX)

Duties: This individual will perform chemical and physical tests on contact lenses and Intraocular lenses in a regulated environment using good documentation practices. Tests performed/systems operated will include HPLC, GC, IR, UV, pH, osmolality, water content contact angle, metrology measurements, and package condition. Outstanding communication abilities are a must. Expertise to work with a large group and multitask. Expertise to use ms word, ms excel and outlook. Expertise to organize and prioritize work. Data integrity checks of technical reports to ensure accuracy of data transfer will also be required. Skills: Background with Empower is desired. Education: Min of BS in a scientific discipline with 1-three years of HPLC background.
