Position details:Position title: Quality Assurance Engineer - Documentation Reports to: Quality Process Manager JOB SUMMARY: The quality assurance engineer will be responsible for creating and updating technical documents to explain complex details in a clear and concise manner to a variety of groups with different levels of technical knowledge. Will collaborate with scrum masters, technical support, product IT and other identified stakeholder groups to create required technical documents (i.e. support notes, hardware and software system qualifications, installation guides) across multiple products and platforms.
