Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sensory Principles o Lead training internal and external partners on principles of Sensory o Design and manage validation of shelf life and shelf life extensions * Sensory Manufacturing Support o Strengthen Product Gold Standards for current products within network o Design and provide guidance on plant Conformance Panels o Raw Material organoleptic review and release prior to production o Support and improve review process of Copacker Sensory Conformance o Develop and implement Sensory KPI metrics for internal and external network o Provide guidance for plant shelf life extension projects Consumer Expectations o Lead Pillar based Product Cuttings & Competitive Showings o Support in-house Sensory studies o Report Plant and Copacker Consumer Complaint Data Monthly o Support Consumer Complaint reduction activities o Design training for Consumer Care reps to ensure continuous improvement o Maintain Consumer Complaint subject hierarchy Data Management o Maintain Technical
