Quality Assurance Specialist - (Stoughton, WI)

Job overview: * Assumesoverall responsibility in leading process changes to enhance and improve thequality culture in the company. This will include leading efforts to simplifyprocesses, create meaningful performance metrics that drive business improvements,facilitation of continuous improvement teams, managing process document controland utilization of SAP in its fullest for all aspects of Universal, regardlessof function, department or location. Critical functions: * Prepares,revises, and controls the document control system for our Quality ManagementSystem. * Managesthe overall internal audit program oversees scheduling of audits in accordancewith Customer and 3rd party audit qualifications. * Auditsthe effectiveness of plant quality systems and functionality on a regular basisto ensure customer satisfaction. * Providescommunication and follow up to all locations regarding implementation of ContinuousImprovement initiatives including facilitation of process improvement teams andwaste reduction initiatives.
