Job Description1ST CHOICE HOME LOANS, INC. is seeking a qualified Loan Officer in Eastlake, Chula Vista, CA. This is an independent Loan Officer position, sales and productivity support provided but not required. Be your own boss! NMLS required for origination activities and either DBO or BRE license. Can provide licensing help for the right applicant. Multiple positions available (Junior Loan Officer, LO Assistant, Processor, Business Development & Marketing Consultant, Account Manager) with the opportunities to grow within the organization.Expertise to set your own hours, activities, or even work from home. Offices and conference rooms are available if desired or for client and partner meetings.Candidates with strong sales and customer service background will be considered even if without current mortgage industry background.Pay: 150bps (1.5% of the loan amount), higher tiers available based on background and current production.
