ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property, Hospitality and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property management corporation who is seeking an experienced: Controller Job Id# EB-203360XXXX Responsibilities: Lead and mentor staff in their responsibilities and development Ensure accounting processes are handled in a timely manner to facilitate the preparation of the monthly financial statements Ensure info is provided in a timely manner to external auditors Answer questions to ensure timely completion of audits Review audit drafts for accuracy and approve for issuance Ensure reports required by state statute are submitted in timely manner Ensure all Tenant/Owner Accounts are accurate Background & Requirements: 2+ years of full cycle accounting background ideally within property management or public accounting Background with auditing and reviewing audited financial statements
