Office Manager Job summary:The Office Manager will coordinate and organize a small office in Ogdensburg. Will be the 1st point of contact for customers, whether assisting clients in person, on the phone and/or via email. Will additionally manage office accounting tasks, such as AP/AR. This is a temporary to permanent position for qualified Applicant! Job duties: Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases. Manage and maintain organization of filing system. Order and manage inventory of office supplies. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based info. A/R and A/P tasks, sales/account management. Assist clients in person, on the phone and via email. Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
