Landscape Architect - (Spring, TX)

SUMMARY This position is for an experienced landscape architect with the expertise to work with project designers and implement designs based on discussion and client interaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED): Creates and develops overall design concepts; formulates design presentation strategies and makes presentations (landscape, pools, outdoor living) Works with AutoCad to develop design concepts with guidance from design team leaders KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Degree in Landscape Architecture is necessary for this position Five Years background as a project designer on residential applications Expertise to communicate clearly and concisely; both orally and in writing Expertise to work efficiently within a collaborative team environment Expertise to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail Expertise to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined Highly proficient in AutoCad and Lumion
