Survey/AutoCAD Technician - (Hampton, VA)

Job DescriptionThe Survey Technician will be responsible for working closely with land survey and permitting staff to produce high-quality graphics and be able to verbally communicate specifications and directions to and from the design team.The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following: AutoCAD knowledge, background, and skills Complete markups Report graphics preparation Set-up and prepare plans Provide assistance with submittals Background with land survey, electrical distribution design, and/or utility design a plus Maintain QA/QC processes and requirementsRequirements: Possess good people skills, and effective written and spoken communication abilities.
