This position also handles strategic management of the major gifts prospect pool and the establishment of policies, systems and procedures around gift acceptance and recognition. The Senior Manager of Donor Services also analyzes donor data to inform department revenue projections and fundraising strategy. This position oversees the Development Services Manager; Development Assistant; and Development Associate, Donor Services. This position reports to the Associate Director of Administration and works closely with the Associate Director of Development, as well as senior positions within Development, accounting and IT.
