Contracts Specialist (Provider Contracts)The applicant under direction; Fulfills contract requests through independent management of the contracting workflow to ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the Alliance s contracts while meeting deadlines; Conducts research and analysis on contract terms and language as needed, in order to evaluate solutions and alternatives; Collaborates directly with individual stakeholders to provide guidance on Alliance contracting policies and procedures; Collects and synthesizes data to produce reports for external auditors and state agencies as needed; Performs continuous quality evaluation and improvement of contracting related functions; Assists with special program and/or new contract process development and implementation; and Performs other duties as assigned.
