Part Time Assistant Director of Nursing - (Taylorsville, UT)

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the community's registered nurse. Responsible for resident assessments and service plans. Responsible for medication overall management. Responsible for staff training and development. Is responsible to ensure compliance with State, and other legal entities for the services provided to residents and their families. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Executive Director Supervises: Nurses and Medication Technicians Interfaces with: Residents, families, visitors, and associates PRIMARY POSITION DUTIES Conducts resident assessments in accordance to State rules and community policies. Completes and maintains current resident service plans. Service plans must be unique to the resident and based on the most recent assessment. Communicates to appropriate staff the content and requirements of the resident service plans.
