PM Stewarding Supervisor (Full-time) - (Wesley Chapel, FL)

To assist the Executive Chef with the efficient running of the department DUTIES Responsibilities for this position will include: supervision and training of all dishwasher and runner staff, ensures the highest levels of sanitation for all kitchens, and assists in controlling breakage and damage of all China and Glassware. Must be available to work a very flexible schedule and have open availability REQUIREMENTS Applicant should have previous supervisory background, knowledge of dishroom, janitorial equipment and the expertise to work with chemicals Must have the expertise to organize, deligate and work well under pressure
