2.17- Bama Pie Operator; second Shift (3pm-11pm) Compensation range: 12.50 pre-certification / $13.75//hour certification +second/third shift differential pay, Weekend Pay Exempt/Non-Exempt : Non-Exempt Description: The Operator is expected to understand, engage and assist in leading production activities for their assigned work area. The Operator oversees the Production process to ensure Human Safety, Product Safety, Product Quality, Sanitation, Efficiency and Environmental Compliance. Daily Responsibilities: Responsible for communication with incoming Operators on the next shift. Maintain consistent presence for assigned work area Visibility "10' rule" with visitors and customers Complete daily checks and record data appropriately Consistently follow assigned schedule for breaks and lunches and assist with coordination for team Training and Development-assist and support team Continuous Improvement-work instructions and work orders
