The position demands expert knowledge in diagnosis of copiers and printers, in addition to being able to network such devices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Maintain, diagnose, and repair customer copiers and printers. Responds to customer requests for technical support and training Ensures that the service level agreements between the customer and VLCM are achieved Provides regular account updates to service manager and customers Requires periodic on call and weekend support Break fix abilities
