Customer Service Representative-Education - (Rancho Santa Fe, CA)

Part-time (Various days, hours, including holidays and weekends) DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Provide high-quality customer service to Education department clients and all other visitors at all times. Effectively communicate Center policies and procedures to the public in a positive manner. Promptly respond to all communications, including face to face contacts, phone calls, email, voice mail, written communications and faxes. Coordinate Education programs with client schedules, creatively scheduling multiple on-site and off-site programs and sending out the waiver before programs and evaluation after programs. Administrative duties also include overseeing program accounting and revenue with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining electronic and hardcopy files accurately and completely, and completing and promptly filing all required materials. Stay knowledgeable and current on all Education programs and assist with the marketing of them and preparation of them around normal duties.
