Call Center Representative - (Phoenix, AZ)
POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for a Call Center Representative. The agent provides exceptional customer service to our patients, and ensures patient satisfaction by effective and efficiently assisting them with requests/issues related to their healthcare needs. The call center representative answers inbound telephone calls for multiple departments, identifies the patient/caller needs and appropriately handles their requests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Proficient in handling calls for multiple clients with high call volumes. -Provide Help Desk resolution of customer service issues to insure complete client satisfaction. -Assist with on-site resolution of customer service issues to clients. -Maintains customer records by updating account info. -Maintains customer orders by processing customer adjustments and resolving discrepancies. -Assists customers with any questions regarding orders and concerns. -Assist in other clerical duties as able and requested.
