The Office Manager and Customer Service Agent maintains a presence in the reception and lobby area. They observe, record, and respond as needed to the comings and goings of students, parents, guests, staff and residents. They maintain a safe and comfortable environment for households with children and responds to client issues as appropriate. PROGRAM: With apartments and a Montessori school on-site, our campus serves diverse families in the Kensington/Wheaton Area. Our Crossway Community Intergenerational Learning Center offers a variety of services for the community in our event spaces and caf. Early childhood education services for children in our Montessori School engage young families and their children. Our Family Leadership Program services help adults find the support they need. The Intergenerational Learning Center provides family oriented educational modules available to residents, school community parents, and neighborhood community.
