Customer Service Representative - (Elkhart, IN)

Superior Oil Company, Inc., the Midwest's leading independent distributor of industrial chemicals, and fiberglass reinforced plastics related products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Elkhart, Indiana location. This position reports to the Office Manager and assists in many different departments of the operation. Superior seeks a high-energy individual who can balance multiple tasks and has a desire to learn. This individual will be involved with the administrative functions of customer service and purchasing. Customer Service Administrative duties to include: • Effectively managing incoming phone calls. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers. • Enter customer orders within the operating system.
