Caravan Health Training & Production Specialist JOB description Position title: Training and Production Specialist Department: Logistics Reports To: Director of Educational Events FLSA Status: Nonexempt Position description : The Training and Production Specialist will work together with the Director of Educational Events and the Training Manager. This role is responsible for providing organizational and operational support in the development and execution of client training and educational needs. The Training and Production Specialist uses Needs Assessment tools to determine the training programs and materials required to assist our clients. This role also collaborates with other stake holders, as well as other functions within the Organization to develop specifications for content and delivery of courses in support of complex system implementations.
