Training Coordinator third Shift','180000CG','!*!JOB PURPOSE:To perform on-the-job department specifictraining utilizing standard work training material. Provide follow up training after newassociates or agency workers have been through the initial basic trainingperiod. Provide support for the TrainingCoordinator to ensure that cross-training and/or new associate/agency worker shave been properly introduced and trained in standard work operations for theirspecific department.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * This position will generally report to anOperations/Office Coach but may receive direction from management staff and theTraining Coordinator. * Maintainscooperative relationship with all teammates and must be able to workovertime and irregular shifts as needed.* Conducts on-the-job and standard work skills training in their specificdepartment. * May be required to help supportand/or develop additions to standard work or update department specificpolicies and procedures.
