\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop, coordinate and facilitate various types of sales development sessions. Monitor trainee and associate performance and provide feedback to management in order to support the professional growth of associates.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEssential Job Functions:\r\n\r\nDevelop and coordinate sales training programs using adult learning principles.
