\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop, coordinate and facilitate various types of sales development sessions. Monitor trainee and associate performance and provide feedback to management in order to support the professional growth of associates.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEssential Job Functions:\r\n\r\nDevelop and coordinate sales training programs using adult learning principles. Consult with management regarding training needs to support sales goals and initiatives.\r\nCollaborate with business partners across the organization to develop and successfully administer training as needed.\r\nEffectively transfer knowledge to learners by facilitating various training programs including, but not limited to New Hire Sales training, product training, ongoing sales development and occasional ad hoc training classes.\r\nMaintain a training environment that is conducive to learning by identifying and appropriately addressing trainee performance, attendance
