Delivers Commercial and Personal lines Auto Appraisal training to inside appraisal staff. Acts as a technical resource for the inside appraisal staff. Provides coaching and guidance for Unit Managers on managing workflow, effective claim handling, service delivery and quality control. This position may also provide some outside appraisal staff support. This position does not supervise staff.Primary Position duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures the integrity of Auto appraisals.
