ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property management corporation who is seeking an experienced: Title: Trainer-Property Management Job Id#: EB-149417XXXX Responsibilities: Troubleshoots software systems and operations used in carrying out the day-to-day functions of property management Provides support, knowledge and guidance to employees for operations within software platforms Database programming Designs and facilitates initial and ongoing training to employees Serves as employees main point of contact for troubleshooting, coordinating resolutions and implementing improvements Manages, coordinates, communicates and implements software upgrades and transitions Performs regular audits of software info to ensure accuracy Acts as liaison between property managers and software support infrastructure Background & Requirements: 3+ years related experience Bachelors Degree preferred
