Execute assignments in a culture that is shared and collaborative across all divisions within TSLC. Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus. Review menus prior to preparation of food. Perform administrative qualifications such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit to the Manager. Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate service with other departments as necessary. Assist in serving meals on a timely basis as needed. Ensure that all procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
