SUMMARY The HR Generalist serves as part of the SWBC HR Operations Team and plays an active role in providing full cycle human resources support to include areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefits, talent management and payroll. This role is important in executing the Company's people initiative, providing exceptional internal support, driving HR functional excellence, and process improvement.
