Recruiter/Business Development - (Richmond, VA)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 1+ years corporate, agency or contract recruiting or related skills • High-level of initiative with a drive for results • Exceptional management expertise, follow up skills, and attention to detail • Track record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients at all levels of the organization and applicants • Expertise to attract passive applicants and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking • Proficiency with Ms office especially Ms excel and Outlook • BA/BS or relevant work background • Agreement to submit to, and pass, potential criminal background check and drug screening. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • Track record of recruiting high volume, non-exempt staff • Manufacturing or Light Industrial industry background • Proven expertise to work with many locations
