Mgr., Engineering II (Plant) - (Newton, IA)

Directs and controls the activities of the Maintenance and Engineering function to ensure that all production and support equipment is maintained at levels which are as efficient and reliable as possible. Ensures that the facility itself is maintained and is a safe working environment. Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, up-time, and cost effectiveness with available resources.
