Graphic Packaging Engineering Intern- Middletown, OH Interns provide technical support for the Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement/Technical and Operations Departments. Interns typically rotate between departments over several sessions in order to generate a broad foundation of Paper Mill knowledge. They develop and implement best practices to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction. Evaluate and support process changes. Lead 1 or more projects. The internship program function is to provide practical experiential application of the Engineering Discipline; build background and confidence in preparation of full time careers in Papermaking, and to generate a pipeline of talent to fill future vacancies within the Graphic Packaging Mill Division.
