Our public finance attorneys act as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel for public, not-for-profit, educational and private clients with respect to tax-exempt financings, taxable financings, and related matters. Clients include local municipalities, counties and school districts, local and county utility authorities, county improvement authorities, bi-state agencies, investment banks, trustee's and other market participants.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to develop his or her practice doing sophisticated work in a fast paced, high reward setting.
