Contracts Manager - (Parsippany, NJ)

Contracts Manager (NJ) Your Role: The Big Picture The Contracts Manager is a new position within the legal department of a growing mid-sized, global company located in Parsippany, NJ. You will report directly to Senior Corporate Counsel and be responsible for all aspects of commercial contract management including: risk management, reviewing and drafting contracts, amendments, statements of work, etc., analyzing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with internal approved terms and conditions. The Contracts Manager will work with others across the organization to help minimize contract risk and maximize contract profitability on all commercial contracts. As part of a small team, the Contracts Manager will also assist the legal department in matters of corporate governance, records management, and other matters as assigned. Your Compensation: Paying the Bills Depending on experience, the base compensation is $75K-$95K with a 10% target bonus.
