Corporate Paralegal ContractThe applicant should have solid background maintaining, drafting, negotiating and editing contracts. Good written and spoken communication abilities, high attention to detail, and will effectively be able to manage executive administrative functions such as calendaring and scheduling, preparation of corporate books and filings and will have excellent Microsoft office suite skills. Background maintaining corporate entities, minutes, and books is needed. Bachelor's degree preferred; and at least 3 years of relevant Paralegal background with strong preference given to applicants with a Paralegal Certificate is essential.
