ParalegalThe applicant will be responsible for providing assistance and support to UC Health s Director of Contracting in a variety of aspects of contracting within the organization through reviewing, revising and drafting contracts, forms, templates, and memoranda per applicable policies and procedures and other activities related to contracting, thus allowing the Director to increase the capacity, volume of services, and assistance delivered. Must have an Associate degree in business. Bachelor degree is preferred. Should have 1+ year of equivalent background, and as a paralegal or equivalent work background involving review of legal documents, specifically contracts. Sufficient knowledge of legal concepts, with a primary focus on contract law. Should possess excellent interpersonal and management skills, with attention to detail.
